職位描述：
key responsibilities:
1. 帶領團隊進行自動化色譜分離儀器的開發，能積極開展研發前的項目討論，對分配的任務理清思路，并制定研發方案，獨立承擔項目以及完成項目負責人的工作；
lead the development of automatic chromatographic instrument. to participate in the discussion of the project, understand the assigned task and formulating development plan. undertake project independently and to be a project leader.
2. 指導儀器研發團隊進行電子元器件的選型、電路原理圖和pcb圖的繪制與整理、下位機程序的編寫與調試、解決emc問題等；
coach team to select of electronic devices, design the circuit principle diagram and pcb, debug the program of single chip processor system, solve emc issue.
3. 組織進行研發樣機的制作與調試、測試；
lead the project team to make, debug and test the protype of instrument.
4. 設計文檔（包括圖紙、工藝文件、作業指導書、檢驗規范、操作規程、產品說明書、產品企業標準、驗收規則等）的編制整理與下發生產部門，組織進行轉產活動，協助生產人員解決生產過程中的問題；
collating and distributed design documents to manufacturing dept., assist production staff to solve the problems during transferring process.
5. 負責新產品、新部件和新技術調研，競爭機型技術分析；
in charge of the investigation and survey for new product, new key component and new technology, especially the technical analysis of competitor.
6. 負責與其他部門之間的溝通與協作，滿足和協調公司各相關部門提出的技術更新、新產品等技術需求；
communicate with other departments to satisfy their technical requirements for technic upgradation and new product development.
7. 為生產、檢驗、市場、銷售和售后提供技術支持，并提供必要的技術培訓；配合采購部對關鍵零部件的技術評估和選型；
provide necessary tech support for other departments, such as manufacturing, qc, mkt and after-sales service; assist procurement to carry out the assessment and selection of the key component.
8. 儀器研發或生產所用治具、軟硬件測試工具的開發和維護；
develop and maintain the hardware and software tools for instrument r&d.
9. 協助解決現有儀器的問題,優化現有產品性能、技術、工藝、質量和成本；
help with making solutions for the issues on existing instruments, optimize their performance, technic, process and cost.
10. 能承擔本部門的成本控制工作以及本部門員工的培養和管理工作，負責團隊目標和工作計劃的制定和高效執行,保證部門工作目標的達成；
can undertake the cost control of instrument r&d department, train and manage team members, make target and working plan for the team, implement it with high efficiency to achieve the goal.
education / experience / expertise
1. 電子、測控、精儀自動化或者智能制造專業,碩士及以上學歷；
master degree or higher education in electronics, automation ect.
2. 5年以上工作經驗，2年以上儀器研發團隊或小組領導經驗，具有項目管理經驗；
at least 5 years of working experience, and more than 2 years as a r&d group supervisor, familiar with project management.
3. 英語讀寫能力優秀，聽說能力優秀，此為必要條件；
fluent at english, mandatory requirement.
4. 精通數字電路及模擬電相關知識；
knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
5. 精通altium designer等eda軟件繪制原理圖和pcb圖；
proficient in drawing schematic diagram and pcb diagram by eda software such as altium designer.
6. 精通c語言和keil軟件，并熟練編寫下位機程序
proficient in c programming language and keil software and coding.
7. 熟悉51系列、stm系列以及arm系列單片機
know well the principle of the mcu such as 51 mcu, stm and arm.
8. 熟悉u/cos系統、win ce系統以及linux系統等嵌入式系統
know well the architecture and principle of embedded system such as u/cos, win ce and linux.
