JOB TITLE : Process Engineer
REPORTS TO: Process Manager
Primary Job Duties:
--Lead the new product development.
--Develop and update the process setting of each product line.
--Analyze the production and process data to improve machine performance and product quality.
--Optimize process, SOPs and quality control point and update the process setting.
--Investigate and solution customer complaints issue and internal rejects issue, coordinate and lead the trouble shooting and improvement.
--Work with QAC, Maintenance, production...to support the business and achieve continuously improvements.
--Lead projects to drive the continuous improvements.
Job Skill,Requirement:
--Bachelor degree in chemical engineering and technology /Material or Polymer related.
--Familiar with Production process, good quality sense with basic knowledge of quality,
IE experience, lean manufacturing and six sigma project experience background will be a priority.
--Have basic knowledge of Polymer, coating and(or) extrusion process, Familiar with printing will be a priority.
--Willing to learn new skills and technology, Quick and analytical thinking, organizational skills.
--Strongly responsibility, communication, team work spirit.
--Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
