KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 支持電商訂單操作并在需要時提供在線售前咨詢支持
Support eCommerce order-to-cash process and pre-sales online consulting
2. 負責銷售合同的錄入、審核、簽訂和存檔；
Responsible for sales contract entry, review, signing and filing；
3. 負責產品貨期的追蹤及產品的備貨確認；
Product delivery tracking and confirm product stocking in share point；
4． 負責合同中的退、換貨處理；
The contract return processing ；
5．結合庫存及訂單情況，合理安排訂單發貨；
Combined with inventory and orders, reasonable arrangement of orders shipments；
6. 對銷售數據進行統計及分析；
Statistics and analysis of sales data；
7. 日常相關部門工作溝通及突發事件的處理（緊急發貨）；
Daily relevant departments to communicate and deal with the emergency (emergency delivery)
8. 積極完成本人以及團隊的KPI考核。
Commit to meet individual KPI’s, Team KPI’s.
9. 與相關部門及時溝通，保持良好的合作關系
Communicate effectively and keep good relationship with cross team.
