主要職責:
根據客戶提出的需求定向開發方法，培訓客戶如何使用產品達到應用目標。
到客戶現場開發方法或重現已有方法，培訓客戶如何使用設備和耗材；該情況占比10%-20%，如關鍵客戶。
解決客戶投訴，為由于客戶使用問題引起的客戶投訴提供解決方案。
新品內部測試
key responsibilities:
method development based on customer requirement.
on site demo or method development, 10%-20% case will be on site, especially for key account.
trouble shooting and give the solution for any customer complaint caused by their mistake usage process.
βtesting for new product or internal testing.
education / experience:
碩士或學士學歷，了解分析化學行業，對色譜相關產品有一定了解,在色譜行業相關企業3年以上工作經驗。
master or bachelor’s degree，familiar with chromatography industry and have 3 years work experience in chromatography industry.
有液相色譜，制備液相，flash純化系統，質譜等使用經驗，有制藥行業工作經驗者優先。
used hplc, prep lc, ms system before，have work experience in pharma or chemical companies is preferred.
可以在實驗室工作并接觸化學試劑，細心踏實。
could work in chemistry lab and run hplc method. patient and focus on the job.
熟練的外語讀寫能力，一定的英語口頭交流能力。
experienced spoken and written english.
