- 入職后2周左右業務培訓，預計會安排在蘇州奕歐來/無錫奧萊店
- 培訓期間發基本薪資，沒有業務提成
- 培訓期間班次 11-8點/10-7點； 做五休二
- 上崗后班次：早中晚班： 10-7；11-8；1-10； 做五休二

RESPONSIBILITIES 職責:
1. To execute effectively store operation to meet company standard. 有效執行符合公司標準的店鋪營運。
2. To give brand standard of inspired customer service at all times. 持續為客戶提供品牌倡導的高品質服務。
3. To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).了解客戶需求并選擇適合客戶的銷售方式來推介產品。具備良好的產品知識、并能提供有效的附加銷售。
4. To understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures。知曉并有效操作所有收銀流程。
5. To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets. 知曉店鋪銷售目標，并努力達成個人銷售目標。
6. To participate in stocktaking as required and to ensure accurate counting of stock. 參與店鋪盤點并確保店鋪貨品數量準確。
7. Assisting with delivery of stock, if required協助店鋪貨物送遞。
8. Assist and maintain VM standard, to provide a clean and inspired shopping environment to customers. 協助和維護VM標準，為客戶提供一個干凈、充滿靈感的購物環境。
9. Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations. 對公司的政策和程序有透徹的了解，并始終遵守和執行公司的運營方針。

REQUREMENTS要求:
1. To present oneself appropriately and in line with the brand image and company dress code. 個人形象符合品牌標準和公司著裝要求。
2. To follow working schedule/shift according to store business request including weekend and holidays. 根據店鋪營運需求服從排班（包括周末和節假日）。
3. To participate in stock takes outside of normal working hours to ensure a smooth operation at all times. 能在工作時間以外參與貨品調配保證店鋪運營順利進行。
4. To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team. 執行管理人員分配的其他職責。
5. Service-oriented, passionate, hardworking and willing to learn. 具有較強的服務意識, 積極熱情，工作努力有上進心。
6. Has experience in luxury or premium fashion brand. 有在奢侈品或高端服飾品牌工作經驗。
